Fiber Protection Systems Professional Care

All textiles will eventually require maintenance. While Fiber Protection Systems (FPS) is not a traditional cleaning service, we do offer maintenance plans to protect one’s investment in fine furnishings.

Because FPS specializes in applying protectants to new furnishings, our Professional Care System was developed with three goals in mind: maintain the appearance of the furnishings, prolong the effectiveness of the protective treatment, and extend the lifespan of the protected furnishings.

Our Professional Care System is designed to avoid – to the greatest extent possible – restorative cleanings. As restorative cleanings, also referred to as deep cleanings, tend to employ harsh solutions and aggressive cleaning techniques, there exists the potential for damaging fine furnishings, especially delicate fabrics. Engaging in ongoing, preventative maintenance avoids those risks while ensuring furnishings look great as well as a cleaner, healthier environment.

Please note: Fiber Protection Systems does not engage in routine in-home cleaning of furnishings that have not been treated with a protectant. If the furnishings to be protected need cleaning, Fiber Protector Systems will coordinate that service with one of our trusted service partners.

Premiere Care Program

After working with our clients for a number of years, we have realized that finer homes need not only the benefit of our protective treatment, but also a programmed routine maintenance plan to ensure a high level of appearance is maintained at all times. Our Premiere Care Program is a customized, cost-effective way to extend the life of your furnishings and protective treatment through preventative maintenance and care. If you want to ensure your furnishings are forever clean, be sure to consider our Premiere Care Program.

The Premiere Care Program includes:

• Three maintenance service visits per year to consist of:
  1) Spot & Spill service four months after initial protector application
  2) Interim maintenance cleaning after eight months consisting of a thorough vacuuming, spot & spill cleaning, and a maintenance cleaning for all furniture covered by the service plan
  3) At the one year mark, a complete cleaning which includes enhancing protector as necessary
• Option to renew after each annual cleaning
• A Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as enrollment in the Premiere Care Program continues

Standard Spot & Spill Plan

• One free and three discounted spot & spill visits per year
• Option to upgrade to the Premiere Care Program at the six month mark
• Option to renew after one year

Fiber Protection Systems vs. Manufacture’s Protection Plan

Anyone who has purchased a stain protection plan from a manufacturer or retailer when purchasing furniture is no doubt all too familiar with the difficulty in actually having an issue satisfactorily resolved. Not so with FPS. FPS is a locally owned and operated company. We apply the protective treatment and provide ALL follow-on services.
